The evolution of electronic devices and the speed with which devices become obsolete has increased the amount of material available to the metal and plastic recovery market.
WEEE group 4 identifies small electrical and electronic products. PCs, laptops, smartphones, USB sticks, credit cards, microwave ovens, washing machines are just a few examples of the products that can be recycled, from which the different materials can then be obtained.
The percentage of materials that can be recovered exceeds 90%. Metals, plastics, copper, aluminium and precious metals can be recovered from this type of waste through the recycling process. The process is the same as for WEEE: volumetric reduction and separation.
The shredders in the GRR line are suitable for various materials in applications calling for lower throughputs. These shredders are equipped with a grid to allow uniform piece size at outfeed.
GSR480 with 480 mm rotor is a single-shaft shredder with radial pusher and electric motor drive. These shredders are equipped with a grid to allow uniform piece size at outfeed.
GS650 with 650 mm rotor is a single-shaft shredder with radial pusher and electric motor drive able to guarantee high hourly throughput.
The high-powered GS900 shredder is a top-of-the range single-shaft machine with radial pusher, equipped with electric motor drive and able to guarantee high hourly throughput.
TR4A400 is a shredder with four hexagonal section shafts and independently driven rotors.
The shredder has electric motor drive.
The bag openers are expressly designed to unpack bales that are not highly compacted, and to open bags of unsorted municipal solid waste.
