After-sales assistance therefore becomes a key link in the company’s commercial strategy, as it allows you to maintain an interaction with the end customer even after the purchase phase, developing an important retention action.

 

The key point of this process is the proposal of solutions to any problems that the customer has to face, while the collection of feedback from customers allows to receive useful information for the constant improvement of the machines. Thanks to the ISO 9001:2008, EN 1090 and SOA certifications, we are able to intervene at multiple levels, relying on a dense network of suppliers of leading brands that guarantee maximum efficiency and reduced times to thus avoid costly downtime.

 

The timely identification of the problem by our technical assistance allows the customer to quickly obtain the solution to solve the fault: at this point, it will be possible to proceed with the sending of spare parts in cases where the customer can operate independently, where instead this is not possible, it will be decided to organize the maintenance intervention by one of our specialized technicians.
