Industrial Tippers for Special Applications
Description
System for lifting, tipping and dosing of various materials for hardening treatment.
The system includes a lift/tipper where the operator can use a forklift truck to introduce the bin of materials to be treated.
By means of an electric motor, the lifter activates a chain lifting system that will lift the bin to a height, while the eccentric cams will rotate the bin until it is completely emptied.
The emptying cycle will be controlled by means of a time editable PLC and can involve partial emptying.
