USER PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196 OF 30 JUNE 2003,
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, Camec Srl, with registered office at Via Borgo Vicenza 128, (35013) Cittadella (province of Padua), in its capacity as data controller, informs the user on the aims and means of the processing of the personal data collected, the scope of communication and dissemination, and the nature of their transfer.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING:
- The data collected from the concerned parties are processed and used directly for instrumental purposes at the request of the interested parties themselves;
- They are also processed and used directly to send commercial information, to promote our activities and provide our services through all the tools used by the company, such as newsletters, emails, SMS, MMS, etc.
MEANS OF PROCESSING:
Data are processed electronically or on paper by specially appointed internal personnel. The data are stored on paper or computer and the minimum security measures provided for by law are guaranteed.
We inform you that the data controller also uses the services of third-party data processing platforms. A list of these platforms can be obtained by contacting the data controller, who is identified at the bottom of this notice.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION:
Personal data will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with third parties, unless such communication is necessary for the achievement of the objectives referred to above.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY:
The interested party may exercise his or her rights in accordance with articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003, by contacting the data controller, Camec Srl, with registered office at Via Borgo Vicenza 128, (35013) Cittadella (province of Padua). In particular, under article 7, the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of whether his or her personal data exists, even if not yet recorded, and transmission of his or her personal data in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain information regarding:
“a) the origin of the personal data”
“b) the purposes and method of processing”
“c) the logic applied for processing using electronic means”
“d) the identity of the data controller, data supervisor and representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2”
“e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may receive it in their capacity as representative designated in the territory of the State, supervisors or processors”
The interested party has the right to:
“a) update, correct or add to his or her data”
“b) to have his or her data deleted, transformed into anonymous form or blocked if processed in violation of the law, including data that does not need to be stored for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed”
“c) to be guaranteed that the operations under letters a) and b), including their content, have been reported to those to whom the data has been transmitted or shared, except in cases where this is impossible or would require means or efforts that are manifestly disproportionate to the protection of the right”
The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
“a) the processing of his or her personal data for legitimate reasons, despite it being pertinent to the purpose of its collection”
“b) the processing of his or her personal data used to send advertising materials or direct sales or for market surveys or commercial information”
The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to complete the aforesaid purposes, without prejudice to the user’s freely exercisable right of opposition to processing.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION, CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO RESPOND AND CONSENT:
Data provision is optional and up to the individual wishing to request information and contact the data controller. Failure to provide personal data will prevent us from responding to user requests. Pursuant to article 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, consent to personal data processing is required because such data are collected outside prior contractual agreements. Consent is also required for any promotional and communication activities of a commercial nature by the company (through newsletters, emails, SMS, MMS, etc.).
