Description

System for 180° tilting of an octabin allowing total or partial aspiration of the granule and return of the partially aspirated granule inside the octabin.
The upper stainless steel hopper is designed for suction of material through the opening with a closure.
Once positioned on the machine, the octabin is locked together with the pallet
by means of pneumatically operated levers. When the octabin is locked in position, the tilting tank descends, actuated by a hydraulic piston. Once it has reached a position where no material can escape, this gives consent for the octabin to tilt 180° in order to discharge all the granular material it contains from the tank - which is now positioned in the lower part of the machine - and then make it flow through the suction pipe, which must be connected to it by the operator.
