Double rotor shredder
The double rotor shredder of the DR line is a flexible and efficient machine designed for special processing of the material.
The classic reliability and power of two-shaft shredders is combined with control of the material piece size at outfeed, typical of the single-shaft machine, allowing use in heavy duty applications.
The use of interchangeable shafts and the application of sizing grids makes it possible to obtain a constant and controlled piece sizes. Also, the machine offers double the throughput level in a small footprint because the two opposing rotors generate a screening surface that is double the size compared to a conventional machine of the same length.
The technology applied can be developed with electric motor drive or a hydraulic power pack for particularly heavy duty applications.
