Description

The single shaft bale openers in the VR line offer high quality standards and performance levels, especially in processing paper and cardboard in bales or loose material.

This process is employed for processing bales containing mixed materials, and also to recover any ferrous or non-ferrous metals within the compressed material.

The bearings are amply separated from the shredding zone with a cleaning system that prevents infiltration of foreign material.

The machine is equipped with a hydraulic power pack to operate the hydraulic cylinders responsible for locking and moving the service compartments and the size regulator comb.

The machine is configured to operate with material feeding and discharge conveyors.
