Transport Systems
Camec offers customers a comprehensive service for handling all types of treated materials, available in various lengths and widths for loading and discharge, with an extensive range of PVC belts, metal slat conveyors for transporting incandescent materials, rubber faced metal slat conveyors for high density materials and small piece sizes, black rubber belts with vulcanized cleats, and screw conveyors.
Rubber conveyor belts
Composed of a pressed sheet steel structure and triple ply rubber belt, rubber conveyor belts are suitable for transporting material of all types. The conveyor is equipped with lower idle rollers to support the belt.

Metal Slat Conveyors
In metal slat conveyors the frame is made of heavy gauge arc welded tubular sections with regularly spaced cross frames, suitable for transporting medium-heavy materials.

PVC belt conveyors
Made with a structure in painted Fe pressed profiles with a reinforced fabric PVC belt with cleats, these conveyors are ideal for transporting all types of light materials. The belt is equipped with a loading hopper to facilitate feeding operations.

Rubber-faced Metal Slat Conveyors
The metal slats with back three ply rubber cladding allow use of these conveyors in medium-heavy load applications and with a high percentage of small piece sizes.

Screw conveyors
Screw conveyors are systems for transporting reduced size materials in small fractions. They are used for powdery material or for liquid materials, for which they ensure rapid transport without dispersal.
- Motor and gear reducer flanged directly onto the shaft mounted on a torque arm located at the top of the screw
- Bearing in the lower part equipped with shaft seal to prevent dust ingress and separate from the screw containment walls to ensure any dust content can drop to the floor

Eccentric Weights Vibrating Conveyor
Ideal for distribution of material across the entire width of the conveyor or in cases in which the material is received by means of a gravity feed that could damage rubber conveyor belts.
The motors product a mono-directional vibration that imparts motion and transport direction to the material.
